OrderNewComputers.com exists to make one genuinely confusing corner of shopping easier: figuring out which computer actually fits what you do, from a $250 Chromebook to a serious gaming tower.
We organize the computer market into categories that reflect how people actually search and shop — gaming desktops, everyday and budget laptops, business laptops, gaming laptops, 2-in-1 convertibles, Chromebooks, mini PCs, monitors, and accessories. Within each category, we select well-known, established brands and models based on public product information, brand reputation, category fit, and how clearly a product serves the need of that category.
We want to be direct about this: we have not personally purchased, benchmarked, or hands-on tested every computer listed on this site. This is a curated buying guide built from product research, publicly available specifications, and category knowledge — not a hands-on test lab review. If a listing describes a feature, that reflects information from the manufacturer or product listing, not our own physical verification.
Every product description on this site is written in our own words to explain who a product is for and how it fits into its category, rather than being copied from Amazon or the manufacturer.
As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases made through the links on this site, at no extra cost to you. This does not influence which categories or general types of products we choose to feature — our goal is that the guide stays useful enough that people want to come back to it.
Computer hardware and pricing change often. We periodically recheck the links on this site so they continue pointing to relevant, available listings.
